Ruslan Zabrotovich
Rus mafyası (Rusça (https://tr.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rus%C3%A7a): рoссийская мафия rossiyskaya mafiya veya русская мафия russkaya mafiya), bazen Bratva (братва; "kardeşlik") olarak da bilinir, Rusya ve diğer eski Sovyetler Birliği (https://tr.wikipedia.org/wiki/Eski_Sovyet_%C3%BClkeleri) kökenli çeşitli organize suç örgütlerinin genel adıdır. Soğuk Savaş sonrası giderek güçlenmeye başladıklarında onlar için en yaygın tanımlardan birisi "kriminal ve legal ekonomileri birleştiren post komünist kalkınma modeli" olmuştur. Dünya çapında yıllık 200 milyar dolarlık bir cirosu olduğundan bahsedilen Rus mafyası (https://tr.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rus_mafyas%C4%B1)nın 1998 tarihli bir saptamada Rusya'daki özel sektörün yüzde 40'ını kontrol ettiği; Rus bankalarının ise yüzde 80'inin doğrudan veya dolaylı olarak mafyanın kontrolünde olduğu iddia edilmiştir. Tekil bir suç örgütü olmamalarına karşın kendilerini tanımlayan benzer yapılanma ve amaçları bulunmaktadır.
Krasnodar → Vice
Kökleri Rusya'nın Krasnodar kentine dayanan Zabrotovich OPG, başlangıç itibariyle iş hayatında yükselmeye hevesli bir grup Rus iş adamının atılımlarıyla kuruldu. Gece kulübü, striptiz kulüp, casino gibi işletmelere sahip olan iş adamlarının birleşerek ticari hacimlerini arttırmak ve iş havuzlarını genişletmek amacıyla kurduğu bu ittifak, Krasnodar bölgesinde sınırlı kalmayıp tüm dünyaya açılma hayalleri kuruyordu. Organizasyonun fikir babası olan Ruslan Zabrotovich, büyük mal varlığına sahip bir adam değildi.
Fakat ticari zekasını ve iş bitiriciliğini kullanarak büyüyebileceğine inanıyordu. Ticarette en önemli olan şeyin güvenilir ve sağlam ortaklar olduğunu düşünüyordu. O yıllarda gruba dahil olan her iş adamı vergi kaçakçılığı, kara para aklama, kadın ticareti, bölgesel uyuşturucu ticareti gibi suçların içinde olsa dahi, devletin içinde onları destekleyecek şahıslar ve şahıslar topluluğu olmadığından dolayı işlerini mümkün olduğunca küçük ölçekte tutmaya gayret ediyorlardı. Böylece yeni yatırımlar için gerekli mali havuzun sağlanması adına ittifak içerisindeki herkes, işletmeler üzerinde söz sahibiydi. İkinci plan ise, devlet otoritesinin daha zayıf ve rüşvetin daha yaygın olduğu Belarus'ta iş yapmaya başlamaktı.
Planladıkları gibi de oldu, yatırımların çok büyük çoğunluğu Belarus'a kaydırıldı. Ek olarak Belarus'ta ufak çaplı silah kaçakçılığı ve tefecilik işine de giriş yaptılar. Belarus hükümetiyle iyi ilişkiler kurmaya başladılar, böylece ülkedeki iş imkanları arttı ve üzerlerindeki denetim azaldı. İttifak için Belarus dönemi rüya gibi geçti, mal varlıkları bazı söylentilere göre 10, kimi söylentilere göre ise 15 kat arttı.

Artık hedeflerin büyümesi gerekmişti, öyle de oldu. Kısa süre içinde parlayan ittifak, işlerini genişleterek fırsatlar ülkesi ABD'ye taşınmaya karar verdi. Bu taşınma süreci oldukça ağır ilerledi, kıtalararası iş yapmak kolay olmadı elbette. İlk olarak yerleşmeye karar verdikleri New York şehri valisi ve belediye başkanıyla iyi dostluklar kurmalıydılar.
Başlıca çalışma alanları; Kadın ticareti, silah kaçakçılığı, kara para aklama, uyuşturucu ve tefecilik olan ittifak, Amerika hükümetiyle iyi ilişkilere sahip olabilmek için çok büyük miktarlarda paraları gözden çıkardı. Fakat harcadığı paranın onlara katbekat daha fazla döneceğine emin olduklarından dolayı giden paraya acımıyorlardı. Başlangıçta plan kusursuz işliyordu, Amerika'da işler yoluna girmiş ve güzel kazançlar elde edilmeye başlanmıştı.
Fakat Amerika dönemi onlar için başladığı kadar güzel devam etmedi. Şehirde kök salmış bazı organizasyonlar pastadan pay vermek istemiyorlardı. İlk zamanlar organizasyonun sahip olduğu mekanlarda gece yarısı yangınlar çıkmaya başladı. Daha sonraları sık sık yapılan polis baskınları yaşandı. Sürecin devamında sürekli haklarında suç duyurusunda bulunulduğu için mahkeme yollarını ezberleyen organizasyon artık bunalmaya başlamıştı.
Organizasyona büyük darbeler geliyordu ama en beklenmedik ve en yıkıcı olanı ABD hükümetinden geldi. Şehirdeki eski 'dostlarının' hatrını kıramayan belediye meclisi, artık organizasyona karşı olan desteğini ve suskunluğunu kesmişti. İttifak içinde çatırdamalar olmaya başlamıştı, dağılmanın belirtileri çok şiddetli şekilde yaşanıyordu. İttifak çok büyük paralar kaybediyor ve bu kimsenin hoşuna gitmiyordu. Ruslan Zabrotovich için artık yapacak fazla bir şey kalmamıştı.
Ya başaramadığını kabul edecek ve Amerika'dan çekilecekti, ya da son kozunu oynayıp tüm yatırımını Vice şehrine yapacaktı. Geceler boyu toplantılar yaparak karar vermeye çalıştılar. Neticede karar verildi, Vice şehrine taşınılacaktı. Kimse pes etmek istemiyordu, denemeden geri çekilmek onlara göre değildi.
Sonuç itibariyle ittifak dağılmaktan son anda kurtuldu ve Rusya, Belarus ve New York şehrindeki tüm mal varlıklarını satarak Vice şehrine yerleşmek adına kullandılar. Bugünlerde organizasyonun ABD hükümetiyle arasının pek iyi olmadığı bilinmekte fakat büyük ekonomik gücünden dolayı ittifak her geçen gün daha da güçlenmeyi başarıyor. |

21. yüzyıla daha uygun ve yozlaşmış ama az da olsa kültürünü sürdürmeye çalışan bir rol planımız var.
OOC alım yapmayı şu anlık düşünmemekle beraber illegale yatkın ve Doğu Avrupa kökenli bir karakterle Downtown'da bulunan rol bölgemize gelip bizimle rol çevirebilirsiniz.
Kısaca yazmam gerekirse yaptığımız konsept daha realistik olması açısından Vory v Zakone konseptini yüzde yüz yansıtmak yerine biraz ondan biraz bundan mantığını baz alarak günümüz modern mafyasını da konu alacağız, teşekkürler!

İyi niyetli eleştirin için teşekkürler :). Önceki sayfalarda gördüğün gibi ve gelecekteki sayfalarda göreceğin gibi genellikle forumda rol kareleri paylaşıyoruz. Neticede alıntıladığın görüntüler de OOC görüntüler değil IC çekilmiş görüntüler. Bu alıntıladığınız iletileri atan dostumuz henüz bizimle rollere giremedi fakat birliğe destek çıkmak adına böyle kareler paylaşmış, bu seferlik maruz görmenizi istiyoruz. Gelecekte daha çok rol kareleri göreceğinize emin olabilirsiniz. Keyifli rollerde karşılaşmak dileğiyle... :)

BİLGİLENDİRME
Selamlar! 2020-2021 yılının kolektiflerine ayak uydurmaya çalışan, günümüze uygun modern bir suç ekibi canlandırmaya çalışıyoruz.
Vory v zakone kültüründen belirli ve karakterlerimizin işine gelen şeylerin konsepte uyarlanacağını söylemek isterim.
21. yüzyıla daha uygun ve yozlaşmış ama az da olsa kültürünü sürdürmeye çalışan bir rol planımız var.
OOC alım yapmayı şu anlık düşünmemekle beraber illegale yatkın ve Doğu Avrupa kökenli bir karakterle Downtown'da bulunan rol bölgemize gelip bizimle rol çevirebilirsiniz.
Kısaca yazmam gerekirse yaptığımız konsept daha realistik olması açısından Vory v Zakone konseptini yüzde yüz yansıtmak yerine biraz ondan biraz bundan mantığını baz alarak günümüz modern mafyasını da konu alacağız, teşekkürler!
