What could cause it?
An incomplete installation or a security product blocking a file can be checked; the address alone does not prove either cause.
Try these steps in order
- Close GTA and check which GTA folder is running SA-MP.
- Look in Windows Security Protection history for a block at the same time. Record its details if present.
- If there is no block, reinstall the verified SA-MP 0.3.DL-R1 package into the correct folder.
- If it persists, compare a clean installation and send support the report.
Check the result
The game should launch. If the file disappears again, ask support with the security warning rather than bypassing it or downloading someone else’s samp.img.
