Do not bypass a warning based on a filename; check the source and full warning first.

What could cause it?
A damaged download, different file or security detection needs investigation. A matching hash alone does not prove a file is harmless.
Try these steps in order
- Record the complete warning and filename; do not run the file.
- Check that the address matches the current Vice source linked in this guide.
- Send support the details from Windows Security Protection history. Do not share passwords or personal documents.
- Wait for review. Keep Defender, SmartScreen and the firewall enabled; do not blindly restore quarantine items.
Check the result
Assess the source, file integrity and warning together before proceeding. Investigate the affected application rather than opening general network ports.
