How to install SA-MP 0.3.DL-R1
Vice City requires classic PC GTA San Andreas and SA-MP 0.3.DL-R1.

What could cause it?
SA-MP adds multiplayer to a compatible GTA installation. This installation does not work with the Definitive Edition, mobile or console releases. Not every classic PC store release is directly compatible either.
Try these steps in order
- Check the version of your legally owned classic PC GTA San Andreas. SA-MP documentation requires EU/US 1.0; ask support before changing files if you are unsure.
- Launch single-player GTA and check that its main menu works, then close it. Keep your modded game separate and use a clean installation for testing.
- Get the 0.3.DL-R1 installer from this site’s SA-MP download page. Select the folder containing gta_sa.exe during installation.
- Open SA-MP, add 54.37.194.16:7777 to Favorites and connect. Use the login name shown for your Vice account on the website.
Check the result
You should reach the Vice login screen. If you remain at New Game / Load Game, single-player has launched.
Keep your files safe
Keep your saved games and modded folder. Do not download replacement GTA EXE files from random sites.
