1. Sign up and activate your game account
Sign up from the top right of the site and confirm the link sent to your email. Then activate your game account in My Account. It starts with VC_ and is the name you type into the SA-MP Name box.
If you already have an old account, do not open a new one. Vice rules limit second accounts; if you cannot reach your old one, open a Support ticket.
2. Apply for a character
The character application is at /karakterac. Write a realistic First_Last name, a look and a short backstory: who your character is, why they came to the city and what they want.

3. Install and enter the city
Once approved, install classic GTA San Andreas, SA-MP 0.3.DL-R1 and the city files, then connect to 54.37.194.16:7777. New players start with $3,000.
Three commands are enough at first: /me for what your character does, /do for what happens around you and /b for OOC chat. Use /yardim and /soru when you get stuck.
