The Baggage is one of GTA San Andreas’ everyday class vehicles. Its SA-MP vehicle ID is 485. It is not sold at dealerships in Vice; you will see it on the street or second-hand.
According to the game files its top speed is 160 km/h, which ranks it #81 among the 144 cars in San Andreas. Rear-wheel drive, 3 gears, electric engine, 1.000 kg.
No speed records, but a sensible first car for a new character: cheap, easy to find, and nobody looks twice. In roleplay that “ordinary person” feel is exactly the point.
