The Raindance is one of GTA San Andreas’ helicopters. Its SA-MP vehicle ID is 563. It is not sold at dealerships in Vice.
According to the game files its top speed is 200 km/h; 10.000 kg.
A helicopter: flying over the city is a licence-and-permit matter; who gets to use one outside the department and the hospital depends on the server rules. Landing on a roof for a photo is free.
