An approved skin is not showing in game
Approval, loading the model into the running game and account delivery need separate checks.

What could cause it?
Staff may need to inspect missing files, a package awaiting activation or the account’s delivery record. A question mark alone does not identify the cause.
Try these steps in order
- Check the website skin record and any earlier purchase or ticket number. Keep links to files you previously submitted.
- Reconnect and check for a model download error.
- Attach the affected screen, time and relevant record number to a support ticket.
- Wait for staff checks before buying again or submitting a request that consumes another right.
Check the result
Staff should match historical delivery records with the actual game files. Whether a reset is needed depends on the running server state.
What should staff check?
Check the files, model registration, current boot and account ownership together; do not overwrite a shared model belonging to other players.
