Skins and model downloads
0.3.DL model download is stuck
If skins or objects stop downloading after connection, record the last file and message.

What could cause it?
The game connection and the web connection serving models are separate. One working does not prove the other works.
Try these steps in order
- Save a screenshot, the last filename and the time. Allow an actively progressing download to finish.
- Check free disk space and whether ordinary web pages load.
- If the same file stalls, close GTA and reconnect once. If it continues, ask support before changing any files.
- Compare another permitted connection if available; do not delete every downloaded model.
Check the result
The download should finish and return to login. If everyone stalls on the same file, staff need to investigate.
What should staff check?
Staff check the HTTP response, redirects, DFF / TXD pairing and whether the served bytes match those expected by the server.
