Malibu Corporation is Vice City’s state body run like a company. As of 7 November 2026 it has 36 members, 28 of whom played this week; that makes it the second largest institution in the city. Registered 29.06.2022. It speaks on the radio with the GOV prefix.
Its real job is businesses. Malibu staff issue licences and seals at the business door: a licence needs rank 15, a seal rank 10 or above. If you bought a business at the city price, you get its licence from Malibu Corporation. Staff also carry a baton and pepper spray; when needed, they keep order themselves.
If you have business with Malibu
On the City Square (e-Vice) you can leave Malibu Corporation a request, a suggestion or a partnership offer. Only Malibu sees it, and a staff member takes it on.
