Ocean Bar sits on Ocean Beach, right in front of Ocean View. It was rebuilt with 4.5: shades, colourful umbrellas, a wide bar counter and seating groups facing the beach. This is where you meet your friends between the palm trees and spend the evening by the water.
Most evening scenes in the city start here. For a new character it is also the easiest opening: sit at a table, talk to the person next to you, and the rest follows. New Year’s countdowns happen here too; the December 2024 programme listed an “Ocean Bar Countdown”.
Ocean Motel and the Malibu Club are next door, and the Ocean Beach gym is a little further on. Walk along the beach and you cannot miss the Ocean View sign.
