Ocean Motel stands right behind Ocean Bar on Ocean Beach. With 4.5 its façade was redone in pink lines, and the Ocean View sign and colourful lighting along the beach gave the whole block a new look.
The in-game GPS lists Ocean View Hotel separately; it is where a character new to the city usually spends their first nights. The story that starts in a hotel room is a classic, and it still works: you meet someone at reception, walk down to the beach, and by evening you are at a table in Ocean Bar.
In October 2026 the city press ran a story about the hotel. Whether it was true is something you find out in game; no spoilers from us.
