Exchange is one of the places the 4.5 map update changed completely. Where the old site stood there is now a walking path, a pond park with a fountain and a small bridge, and a square. The long brick walls around it carry the city’s slogans: “Dream in Vice”, “Stay Vice” and, in huge letters, “Vice Never Sleeps · since 1986”.
With its benches, lamps and flower beds it is a quiet park by day and a photo wall by night. Most of the wall shots on Social are taken here.
1986 comes up a lot in this city: the VCPD’s old building had stood since 1986 too. The date on the wall is a nod to that.
