Vice Mall is the shopping centre on Market Street and one of the first stops for a new character: the clothes shop and the 24/7 store are here. It even appears as a teleport point in the in-game /bugkurtar menu, which tells you how central it is.
With 4.5 the floor and the pond were fixed and the surroundings rebuilt: shops with the Fresh Market, Gelato, Vice Goods and Palm Coffee signs, palm-lined walkways and shaded seating. It became a place to sit around after shopping, not just to shop.
Do not confuse it with the Store on viceroleplay.com (skins, name changes and memberships bought with vP); Vice Mall is the shopping centre inside the game.
