Jim’s Vice Ring is the stand under the giant pink doughnut sign on Market Street. It sells fresh doughnuts and hot coffee; there are stools at the counter and tables around it. The front and surroundings were redone with 4.5.
A small place, but made for roleplay: the officer on a break between patrols, the shop owner grabbing a morning coffee, the applicant who turned up early for an interview. Sit down, buy the person across from you a doughnut, and the scene opens on its own.
A short walk down the street brings you to Antonio’s Liquor and Vercetti’s Pizzeria; the three are Market Street’s classics.
